Alice is an amazing dog trainer, no doubt about it! She is extremely informative and makes sure that you understand why certain ways of training are better for your dog than others, so you yourself learn things as well as your dog. We had 4 sessions with Alice, and felt that our puppy learnt more in those sessions than in the 10 sessions we had with another trainer! We learnt several commands/behaviours which were extremely useful and kept our puppy stimulated throughout the session. I have never seen another dog trainer be so passionate and organised!! And to top it all off, the prices are extremely reasonable, and well worth the money!

Alice had Crumpet engaged from the offset and we saw the benefits from our first session immediately. Everything from the pre-planning elements to written feedback was undertaken with professionalism, structure, and ongoing reassurance - Alice removed the angst from our early learning experience. Highly recommend.

Alice is an excellent trainer. I came to her when I was experiencing my dog barking at other dogs when walking on the lead. Within only a few training sessions I was able to see a difference in Pandora who was much more focused on me and could look at other dogs in the distance with no reaction. A month on and Pandora can now walk next to other dogs with no reaction at all! Amazing!! I loved training with Alice, she was dedicated, clear on what I had to do and was able to get the best out of Pandora.

Being a first time dog owner I didn’t know what to expect when it came to puppy training but Alice made it so simple and easy for us. From the start we could see Alice had lots of experience working with and understanding dogs.
Not only did she provide a clear training plan on what we had to do but also went the extra mile to help us when Luna decided she would become a fussy eater. Alice was able to get us to think outside the box with Luna’s training and find fun ways to encourage her to eat! I would definitely recommend Alice to anyone who is looking for a fun and friendly yet professional dog trainer.

Alice was keenly interested in what Hattie’s needs were and equipped us with the tools to help get her there. We really liked how Alice was able to get us to think like a dog, which helped us to understand how Hattie experiences the world and how to apply this to her training. Asides from being brilliant with Hattie, Alice had a kind, approachable and non-judgemental style to her training. She works hard and is always available to offer help/advice when needed. We look forward to training with Alice again in the future.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alice if you are looking for a dog trainer! She is clearly very knowledgeable and her love for dogs shines through in her sessions. Alice really listened and understood the behaviours we wanted to work on and designed fun and informative sessions to address those. Training is now enjoyable instead of frustrating for both us and Julio and we have seen great improvements in his behaviour!

My little dachshund started to react a lot to runners, cyclists and scooters. After having no luck with another dog trainer a neighbour recommended Alice and she has been excellent and I have definitely seen an improvement in his behaviour and I’ve learnt some good strategies from her to help. Very happy with the sessions with Alice and would definitely recommend her.

Our rescue from Bosnia started displaying aggression towards people when he turned 1 and resorted to biting whenever he was uncertain about a new person. This behaviour became so concerning to us especially because of his size and resulted in us not having people around our flat for nearly 2 years while also struggling to find care for him if we ever wanted to go away. Our goal for Moose was to make caring for him manageable and safe in our absence.
Although we still have a long path ahead of us, Stanley has shown us realistic steps we can take when introducing our dog to new people. Stanley's experience with aggressive dogs was apparent when interacting with Moose and was invaluable to helping us reach our goal.

Stan has been excellent with our young, boisterous Rottie, Bodhi. We wanted to work with someone who understands the Rottweiler breed and has experience with large, high-drive dogs. Our goal was to become knowledgeable and prepared for taking Bodhi on walks and developing his off-lead and recall skills around other dogs, allowing him to enjoy controlled freedom in our parks. Stan helped us understand Bodhi’s behaviours and guided us in using his drive and positive reinforcement to master recall. Now, Bodhi can enjoy off-lead walks and reliably come when called. Stan is patient and calm, and provides ongoing support outside of sessions to address any questions or issues faced along the journey. Although we still have a long path ahead of us, Stanley has shown us realistic steps we can take when introducing our dog to new people. I contacted Stanley following a recommendation from my vets arising from my Jack Russell, Marcus displaying fear based aggression towards strangers. This got so bad that it led me to avoid people outdoors and visitors in my home which was very isolating. Stanley was prepared to travel a significant distance to help us and when he was with us in sessions, his positivity and optimism towards Marcus was the breath of fresh air we needed as we had started to lose hope that he could ever get better. We felt guided and supported to make changes that we saw immediate impact from while reassuring us that everything we had done and tried up until that point was not inadequate or invalid in any way.
Stanley has a wealth of experience and knowledge about dog behaviour which he very patiently and clearly explained to us at every stage of the traning sessions and this has been fundamental in understanding what to do and why we do it. On top of all this, he is always available to support on an ongoin basis even after training sessions.
I definitely feel like Marcus is in good hands with Stanley and we are so fortunate to have come across him!'

Stanley is an excellent dog trainer. His friendly, personable approach with our dogs and us was lovely. No question was too much and his patience & support as I struggled to put his professional advice into practice was appreciated.
I can already see changes in my dog’s behaviour after just one session.
I would thoroughly recommend Stanley to everyone experiencing behaviour issues with their dogs.
